Take Route 10 West to the Jefferson Road Exit, which is approximately six miles west of the Livingston Circle. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto North Jefferson Road. Birchwood Manor is 3/4 mile on your left. Please use the first entrance way.

Take the GSP South to Exit 145 (Route 280 West). Then follow directions for Route 280 West
